Cranberry Sauce

Love making cranberry sauce during the fall season when cranberries are bountiful, I enjoy it next to poultry, fish, on a piece of toast, or even to flavor plain yogurt!

Ingredients
  • ​12 oz. cranberries
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 oz. water



Cook time: 15 min 
Servings:

Directions
  • Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer 10-15 minutes
Cranberries are a type of carbohydrate that boosts several vitamins and minerals, including manganese, copper, and vitamins C, E, and K1
