BenU Pantry Recipe

I created this delicious, easy, no-cooking recipe for the Benedictine University food pantry to help food-insecure college students utilize the items offered at the campus food pantry. The recipe was shared on campus as well as on the SAND club's social media platforms.

Conservation Foundation

I organized and led a farm visit to the Conservation Foundation in Naperville, IL for a first-hand glimpse at local efforts to preserve natural areas and open spaces, protect rivers and watersheds and grow organic produce.

Planting a Bur Oak Tree

I led and organized a lasting gift to the Benedictine University community by planting a bur oak tree on the Lisle, IL campus.
​Fun fact: The bur oak tree grows to a height of 70-80' and a spread of around 80' at maturity!

Happy Holidays & Good Luck on Finals 

For the 2022 holiday season, I decorated the Nutrition and Public Health Office at Benedictine University, and prepared free healthy snack options for the students to encourage healthy dietary habits, and reduce stress during finals week.
